Godzilla Stock Production Background (c.1970s) - ID: mar23235

A production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "Godzilla" (1978-1979). Featuring a dark navy with several lines moving diagonally through the frame, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the series several times based on the "STK" (meaning stock) production notation. Measuring 10.5"x13.5" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor surface wear and edge wear, a tear on the lower right corner, and a torn middle peg hole.
